By accessing the site, requesting a quote, or approving work from JGDesigns, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage JGDesigns for services.
JGDesigns provides website design, development, SEO, planning, and related digital services. The exact scope is confirmed in writing through a proposal, quote, invoice, or other written agreement.
Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time they are issued. If the scope changes, or if new information affects the work, JGDesigns may revise the quote before continuing.
Payment terms are set out in the applicable proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due on the date shown on the invoice and late payments may delay delivery.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, prompt feedback, required approvals, and any content, access, or materials needed to complete the work.
Project timelines depend on client feedback, approvals, and access to required materials or systems. Delays caused by missing information or delayed responses may move delivery dates.
Either party may end a project by written notice, subject to any cancellation terms in the applicable agreement. Work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable.
JGDesigns retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, methods, and tools. The client receives the rights expressly stated in the applicable proposal or written agreement once payment obligations are met.
The site and services may rely on third-party tools, platforms, hosting, analytics, and delivery services. Those services are governed by their own terms, availability, and privacy practices.
Website content is provided for general information only. JGDesigns may update, remove, or change site content at any time without notice.
Personal information collected through the site or during a project is handled in accordance with the JGDesigns Privacy Policy.
The site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JGDesigns does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
